Prices
Its remarkable how many of our competitors wont show prices. We know our customers are looking for great floor plans and renderings at reasonable prices. This is what our customers tell us:
If companies dont show prices I don’t bother contacting them, I know the prices will be high. I’d rather buy from someone thats open about what they’re doing.
…or something like this:
I will never buy anything without knowing the price. I’m not going to ask the price, I wonder what they’re trying to hide. I assume that the price is more than I’m willing to pay so if they can’t be bothered to show prices, I can’t be bothered to ask them.
We think showing prices helps people to make up their mind fast.
Here are our prices for house floor plans and house rendering:
- B&W floor plan $49
- Color floor plan $169
- House rendering $199
- Interior rendering $299
- 3D render floor plan $299
Floor plan prices are per level, renderings are for average size homes. We reserve the right to increase prices for large or complex jobs, in which case we will talk to you before commencing work.
Additional renders of the same 3d model are at a reduced cost.
